Cot Spa Covers

So I order a 82" x 82" square corner charcoal cover drive two hours to pickup on day was promised to be done to find out not done not even close he offers me a little thicker cover for same price but wrong color I accept cover was marked 82x82 so get it home and it is 82x80 and wrong corners call him he says sorry I ask for help as in discount to come get right one he says sorry I have to eat his mistake. I say want money back he tells me 20% restocking fee. IF this dose not tell you what crappie customer service is then You folks deserve what you get when you spend any money with this Joke of a so called business.

All I can say is stay away from this guy he has no idea what customer service is

I took a tent bag in for repair two weeks ago.They told me it would be ready on Saturday of the same week and they would call me.No call! returned on Monday to find out the lady did't show up on Friday to do the repair.following Monday the same excuse,waited another week and it still wasn't done.If your not going to do the job then don't take it in and make promises that you can not or will not keep.

DON'T buy anything from Cot Spa Covers. Don't believe a word any of them tell you; RUN don't walk away for this business!!! This company sold us a hot tub cover in Sept. 2009. We've owned a hot tub for 20 years and this is the third cover we've purchased so we do know how to care for them. This cover split along a seam on the underside of the cover so I called them to ask about their 3 year warranty - yea right!!! At their request, we took the cover over to their shop. First, they told me that it was cheaply made - okay, you made it. Then, they said it was wind damage - nope, the spa is in a covered, enclosed area - no wind. Next, they said the cover was older than 2 years since they didn't make those anymore; I offered to show them the delivery receipt detailing that this was their delivered cover. Finally, they said it would be "a couple hundred dollars to fix it" because it was chlorine or bromine damage and their covers are only warranteed if you use the spa products the

Cot Spa Covers and Cot Manufacturing did such an excellent job with helping me get a new custom fit spa cover after the snow ruined and destroyed the one I got from some company over the net. This product is outstanding and being able to pick my own color and have an excellent fit to my spa has helped me maintain my hot tub. I put out a lot of cash for my hot tub and having the right cover makes me feel 100% better knowing there is a company still out there that makes a custom fit and doesn't charge me too much. Thank you Tip and company! Very Impressed and thankful!

Excellent Product! I love this business! I usually do not do reviews but Tip and his employees are outstanding. If you are looking for a spa cover, its accessories and someone to tell you how to care for your hot tub, call them! I am very impressed!

I am very happy with my spa cover. I know that I have a product that will last because it was made to custom fit my spa. I picked my own color and the measurments where exact. Thank you Jeff and Tip I'll be back. Adam

BE AWARE!!! BE AWARE!!! BE AWARE!!!Sells very low quality spa covers.Foam core is cheapest and inferior quality.Does not stand behind product!!! I am not the only one that has got ripped off,ask around and you will get the same remarks from other reputable dealers.Foam core will melt,deteriate and warp when weather gets hot.My hot tub was completely empty of water to prove it was not melting from the inside or chemical related.I tried to support local,He would not fix or replace without a charge and had to go to a dealer to order out of state for the same price,but high quality product.BE AWARE!!!!!!!
