Outside trucking companies beware! Company representives will lie about when load can deliver. They will unload trucks in their sweet time when they get around to it. They made me sit for 24hours saying they didn't have the man power to unload it. When I showed up 24hours later, 1 guy unloaded the trailer. No compensation for the layover or detention time. If you have to take the load, rate it accordingly. I would recommend to avoid unless no other choice.
