This store is awesome! Everybody is friendly. Lots of products to choose from and cheaper. Beats any price in Central California.

Excellent shop, They have a huge selection of supplies, and if they don't have what you need in, they will order it for you. Some of the staff is more knowledgeable in certain areas of growing then others but I cant knock em for that. THey are ALWAYS respectful and willing to try and answer any questions you may have.

Let me preface by saying, I never write reviews but this shop has compelled me to actually write a review. My first encounter with this store was rude employees, uneducated on their product or prices and knew absolutely NOTHING about growing or the displays that they have selling the idea of growing. Let's put it this way I asked an associate if he has visqueen and his response was,"huh?". Hydro Bros is a family owned business that started back in Humboldt. They obviously did well and knew what they were doing because they opened up two more locations. Modesto and Merced. Their website reads and I quote,"If you, the customer is unhappy, then we are unhappy as well." My advice is higher some friendly employees that can actually answer any of your questions with a reasonable answer instead of um or I don't know. Now I'll turn your attention to the store itself. Very nice, clean, organized. Prices are clearly marked so there's no guessing game. They are stocked most of the time for the most part and carry a pretty good assortment of nutrients. Too bad there's no self checkout. Today I called for pricing on a Digilux bulb. A girl answered the with,"hold on". Than I get the same little boy I've met in the store that is absolutely clueless on the phone answering with a burp followed by hello. Classy. I ask him if they carry the Digilux bulbs and be asks me,"what is that, is it in our catalog?" Shouldn't you know if it's in your catalog or not? Or maybe just know what that is? You want a real grow shop. Head into Fresno to Gro More. Friendly service. Super knowledgeable. I haven't found a question they can't answer. Extensive warehouse filled with almost everything you need. Unparalleled prices. Try them than come back to Hydro Bros. You'll feel the difference what shopping with actual growers feels like. I'm just sad I don't live in Fresno anymore and I'm stuck with Hydro Bros. If you're thinking about stopping here. Don't bother. 0 stars but this website made me pick a star.
