        Overall

        Very disappointed with the way they keep the family informed. My mother-in-law was there 3 months, we stayed in contact everyday. Until I got a letter saying she went to a hospital, now NO CONTACT. Phone numbers provided are out of service. No one in the family have no way to contact her. Called the other Serenity homes and they won't help us find her. Have no ideas who to contact.
