        Overall

        The people working here seem to be incompetent. I was told I would be called back about a certain problem and never heard from anyone. This happened several times. I am reluctant to give this store even a 1 star but that seems to be as low as I can go.

        Deserves 0 stars!!

        This is the worst location to go! The staff is no help at all! You walk in and are not greeted or asked if you need assistance! I had a terrible experience here. While returning merchandise, the cashier shorted me $20 and when I went back to claim my money they made me wait for 30 minutes just standing there in the middle of the store just to tell me that they were not going to return my money! They were absolutely no help at all! As if it was my fault they hire incompetent people that can't do basic math! I will never step foot in this place again! I would definitely make the drive to Germantown! Or just switch stores completely and go to sports authority where they actually care about the customer and at least show them some respect!
