Jacobs Pressure Cleaning

My experience was nothing short of excellent. I do not live in the area and hired JPC to clean my elderly parents property. Jeff was flexible with his schedule, arrived on time, and most importantly did a fantastic job. Jeff takes the time to go over his work when he's done and is a very genuine individual. I will use JPC in the future and highly recommend JPC. Jeff and his company are an example of what a business should be. Thank you JPC

Hesistant to recommend as They did a good job not excellent but the problem is that

1. The elbow spout of my gutter was missing.

2. The O ring on my water hose was missing so needless to say when I go to use the hose water is all over the place.

3. I had double hoses on each side of the house and of course one is missing.



No response at all I did get a response on the gutter elbow which was I don't remember anything like that and pretty much it was my problem and not theirs. Not the type of service that you would expect after what i paid. They came earlier than expected and the job was done before I arrived.

Just not a good experience.





A Day Later I was met by the owner Jeff and he wanted to address my concerns and even offered to assist wit the touch up painting. This is the mark of a good business and I would recommend them to others. I guess it just happened to be one of those days. They were gracious enough to help with the touch up. I learned through speaking with them that they were a great group of gentlemen.
