My husband and I were looking to purchase a TV armoir. We found a nice one here however told the owner we would not be able pick it up for several months until our new house was ready as we just moved to the area and were waiting on the closing . The owner informed us that it would not be a problem to store the item at their warehouse as they would be closed for a few months due to a new sprinkler system being put it. When we arrived to pick up our item it was noted to be deeply scratched in several visible areas and was pretty banged up. We approached the owner and voiced our concerns about the damage we discovered and showed him a picture of the item I had taken prior to then holding it for us. The owner blame very irate yelling that we bought it as is so there was nothing they were going to about and that he has had this issues hundreds of times. (How reassuring). He continued to yell at us and was very rude. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This deal turned out to be no deal at all since we will now have to refinish the piece.



My advice: Stay away.

We had come here months prior to pick out and had already PURCHASED our new piece....when we came back to pick it up (after it had been incorrectly delivered) and a screaming match broke out. We had pictures of the piece from the initial visit, and when it was brought outside this time there were MULTIPLE scratches, dents, chunks missing, all that. The men were instantly combative and rude, saying it was as is and used so the quality wasnt guaranteed. When that led to nothing, we ended up speaking with a manager....or owner....who knows. He came out with his hands on his hips and ready to argue. He yelled. Screamed. And accused. I have NEVER had such awful customer service in my life. Needless to say, we will NEVER COME BACK. and will be spreading the word of their awful quality and even worse customer skills.
