The team at Dyer Mortgage was warm and inviting. My questions were answered and my concerns addressed in a way that made the process feel like a breeze. I would definitely work with them again.

I started looking for my home and needed a preapproved letter. I tried using banks before and found that it's hard to get in touch with their mortgage people. I wanted to be able to have someone who was proactive with me. I did some research and found Dyer Mortgage had a 5 star rating. I called and spoke with Angel Pacheco. He was very helpful and attentive. He also worked with my realtor. I was even able to close early thanks to him and others in the company. Everything went smoothly and I got the best rates that were being offered at that time. I could call at anytime or go to the office when I had any questions or needed to drop something off. Emails were sent often keeping me updated on my progress. He helped me find someone who could give me insurance quotes as well. Angel was with me at my closing and kept in touch even after. He cared about my best interest. He was and is awesome. Thank you.

We couldn't have obtained a competitive mortgage without Bobbie Dyer's persistence. During my career I've managed to make my various sources of income as tricky to understand as possible. In today's mortgage regulatory environment, that can be an insurmountable hurdle to leap. Through Bobbie's persistence, skill, experience and her desire to "make it happen", it did!
