Dusty's Appliance Repair is the biggest waste of money & time I have spent the last 3 months. I bought a high efficiency washer from them the middle of January and the person who deliverd it, didn't run a whole cycle to make sure washer worked. When I tried doing an actual load of laundry, found the wather was broken. Took them 3 weeks to get me a loaner washer and pick the broken one up. NOW it has been another 2 months and I am TRYING to get my original washer back, and have been told each of the last 3 days that it would be deliverd the NEXT day. I stopped by the "store" on my lunch break today, owner not there and the people who are there, don't know where my washer is. I have to get this place a "star rating" to put up my review, so I HAVE to pick a one star...in reality, it would be a -10 star rating.

STAY AWAY...Found these guys on craigslist...first they told me they opened at 9 am and then when I got down there I had to call and they said 10 am....so sat around for an hr..they were in a shady part of town..That should have been my 1st clue..

I was purchasing a stove and fridge for my best friend who her husband is disabled, sick and not expected to live long...I specifically told them to please make sure the stove and fridge works..I paid 450.00 for both used items and honestly if I had the time I could have gotten a scratch n dent new one for less..I was coming from out of town and they said it would take 4 days to deliver locally to my friends house...They did deliver 4 Days later...But the next day my friend calls me upset and says the 2 front burners dont work and she keeps getting zapped every time she opens the stove or touches the top of the stove..I tried calling right away, no answer, I called again that same day to talk to Dusty hes the one I dealt with, stiIll no answer..I finally texted him and he said he was out of town for 4 days...and there was nothing he could do...that day came, where he should have been back, yet still no call..so I called again , no answer..I texted again and apparantly his wife at the store texted back and said he was out of town still and wont be back for another couple of days., BUT YET SHE WAS TEXTING ME BACK ON HIS CELL PHONE..HMMMMMM...meanwhile my friend can't use the stove for her sick husband...Nobody cared, I finally get a call a week later saying they were gonna go to my friends house and check it out, see why she keeps getting zapped and if they cant fix it send an electrician which we wold have to pay $45.00 I said absolutely not...please swap out the stove, please bring a replacement stove...she said that's not the way it works...they will check it out 1st..waste more time..so I got upset started yelling and said I would go to small claims court...the wife hangs up on me...and that's where the story ends...So my friend is stuck with a stove she cannot use...I live 2 hrs away and wrk all the time..spent wasted money and the poor sick man hasn't had a cooked meal...Nice people huh...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE .They only care about a quick buck..HAVE NO CST SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL, AND MOST OF THEIR APLLIANCES LOOKED BAD.. AND I READ OTHER REVIEWS SAYING THE SAME THING...WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS 1ST, BUT I NEVER HAVE TIME CAUSE I'M ALWAYS WORKING...

I was in a bind since my only refrigerator quit unexpectedly. The freezer portion still worked, but I was about to lose all the food in my fridge. I stopped into Dusty's during my lunch hour, picked out a gorgeous french door refrigerator and they delivered it that same afternoon! The price was reasonable, the fridge works great and I was blown away by the quick delivery service!

Very professional ! Explained in detail all the components and how to keep it running smoothly. Was on time and neat with delivery.

They don't do the job, they lie, and then they don't return your calls. I needed a belt replaced, an easy fix but I just don't have the time. They charged me over $100 of my hard earned money for this simple repair and the dryer still doesn't work. Now they won't return our calls.

I bought a washer six weeks ago. It did not work. It does not wring out the clothes. Six week later - it has not been repaired or replaced. I have filed with the BBB and sent an email with no response from Dusty's. Every time I call, I am put on hold then it disconnects and then they don't answer the phone.

Hey when they advertised this company as your one stop appliance shop they was not lying so many things to choose from and really great prices

I have used Dusty's for about 6 years but today I called for a friend and explained she doesn't have a lot of money but she has 3 kids and needs a washer and dryer and dusty found a set and delivered it for an amazing price and she is so grateful thanks dusty's appliances for all you do.

I had a good experience at Duffy's! They were reasonably priced and fair. I will definitely use them again if necessary.

Awesome customer service and prices! I got an almost new fridge for half the price. I would recommend it for anyone looking for appliances on a budget

Amazing and honest company i bought a stainless refrigerator and the price was amazing and it was delivered and installed a the same day call them for all of your appliance needs.

Thanks dustys appliances for amazing customer service and my new washer and dryer,this company even stayed to show me how to work the new washer and i got Free laundry soap as stated craigslist you never know what you will get and they proved to do as they stated very helpful and very knowlegable on the appliances they were selling.

I have used Dusty's on my own house and my rental properties. His companies ability to provide reliable products at a reasonable price is why I keep coming back. In addition he has provided repairs on appliances in a timely manner with no re-work. Because of this he is the 1st call for any of our appliance needs.

I bought two appliances from these people 1 a portable dishwasher that they said was complete could hook right up to my sink which did not have the adapters I'll have to spend another $100 to get it to hook up to my sink so I put it in my garage where it sits unused I also bought a washing machine for$100 lasted about 3 weeks and the transmission is out I called him I called him he said he would not charge me a service charge but I would have to pay for the part do not do business with these people crooks I have to give them 1 star to get out of here but I don't deserve even one star

I really don't want to waste anymore time on this poor excuse for a business, but I hope by writing this it will help give an accurate picture of what you could be getting into with this business and to hopefully save someone from making the awful mistake we did. We bought an expensive appliance that simply does not work. It never worked from the moment it reached our doorstep. We let the company know right away and they said they would fix it. Long story short. Dusty's Appliance and Repairs missed multiple appointments, and gave no notice. I don't know about you, but we all have responsibilities to tend to daily. I can't think of anything more disrespectful and unprofessional to do to a customer, which is Ironic since the "president," of the company demands respect, yet doesn't do a thing to earn it. He talks to you as a customer as if you owe him something, and will fly off the handle the second you question his product or business. He will also hang up on you (super professional). It took multiple attempts and became our burden as the CUSTOMER and not the BUSINESS'S, to get a hold of them and find out why they missed their appointments. Eventually, Almost 2 weeks later and yet another missed appointment Dusty's showed up to try and repair the product we bought from them. They took it and returned it more than a week later in supposed working order. It broke again within a couple of days. There is absolutely no talking to the president of the company (Dusty). He is rude and will speak to you in a threatening tone. THERE IS NOTHING RESPECTFUL OR HONEST ABOUT THIS COMPANY. We completely agree with the review from John below stating to search Dusty's Appliance & Repair and check out other reviews on other sites!. Save you and your family's hard earned money from falling into the hands of a business that wants it for nothing. It's really disturbing that a business like this is still in operation. This business absolutely does NOT stand by their product or services. It does not care about the customer at all.

Dusty's will continually mislead and lie to you about their products, deliveries, missing parts and testing their products. I would recommend that no one use this business to purchase appliances. You will receive excuse after excuse after excuse and will end up being rooked out of your money. Do not buy from these people. There should be an option for NO stars.

STAY AWAY! Over priced junk! They do not answer the phone do not return calls or show up when they say! Dryer I bought broke after2 days took them a week to fix it then it only worked on high! Now 1 1/2 month later heating element goes again! Bad business! And very rude!

Purchased a washer and dryer works great any problems they will fix it great customer service would recommend buying from them
