I have been a patient since fall of 2014. They will make you wait hours, even with an appointment, run every possible test to bill your insurance, Oh and you better have insurance so they can abuse it, cause if you don't? She will drop you without a care. I am waiting for my insurance at my new job, so I needed a refill on a medication I take daily. I scheduled an appointment for bloodwork( ask how much and informed them I did not have the sameinsurance at the moment) no problem. Even set up my follow up visit with the doctor the following week. Well, I showed up for the bloodwork appt. was told it was more than double the cost I was told. I couldn't afford it at the moment, she spoke to someone and I was informed Dr.SAHAY does not take self pay! Unreal! So here I am looking for a new doctor and needing my medication! I swear I will tell everyone I see! They should not be medical professionals! A complete waste of time!

Very bad experience. The wait time is too long. Its been a month we keep doing the follow up still they continue to examine and reaching the solutions. Please never ever call it as urgent care. I never recommend to anyone. There is no option to select none so selecting 1 *.

I would give this minus 10 if I could. I went there with a cold/cough. The male assistant insisted to taking a nasal swab for a culture. Now I'm not talking just inside your nostril. He said, "I have to hold the top of your head still, otherwise it's natural to jerk back when I do this." He proceeds to JAB, and I mean JAB an extra looong q-tip up my nostril until it was hitting the top of my sinus. Not only excruciating pain, but BLEEDING!! Seriously? I've got a cold for god's sake, now I have a sinus bleed!!! I was actually crying from the searing pain, and I'm not a crier. Apologies given, but not accepted. Will NEVER go back there. And if you know what's good for you, you will stay away. Better to suffer at home until the morning when your regular Dr. is in than get even worse from these jokers!!! (Place was also dirty too, but this pales in comparison to getting your brain stabbed.) Third world country medicine!

Sent a patient there. PA did not introduce themselves at care.Splint applied wrong. Never received follow up call for result even after calling several times. They seemed upset and bothered when I called to ask for results. Couldn't talk with anyone to resolve this issue. Will not send anyone there again.

I went there a couple months ago because I do not currently have a primary care doctor. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and pink eye and prescribed amoxicillin and eye drops.

I took the entire dosage of medication and did not get better. After a week of suffering through the sinus infection after the medication was gone I decided it was time to go back. Unfortunately this time was not helpful in the slightest bit. I had a different doctor than the previous visit.

Before the doctor even MET me, he assumed it was "pollen." He came in with a paper about "controlling your allergies" before he even heard my story. Afer talking for over ten minutes about how it MUST be pollen, I finally was able to explain to him what my symptoms and story was and he said, "oh no. It is pollen." After I insisted that my body does NOT react this way to pollen, he said that the pollen counts were high because of recent rain and to "PROVE" to me that he was right he had me follow him to a computer as he looked it up. The pollen count was only at a 6.2 at the time which is pretty normal for Florida and not "super high" like he insisted. To cover himself he brought up the pollen count of New York City and said, "Well see! NYC is super low so obviously ours is higher in comparison." First of all, I don't live in New York City, second, 6.2 is NORMAL in Florida.

He brought be back to the room, refused to listen to me, laughed and said "You have what I love to call rainitis," gave me a paper about "controlling my allergies" and sent me on my way. I was in tears when I left because at this point I had been sick for almost a month.

So I suffered through this another week and finally went to a different Urgent Care Facility. The doctor there was quite helpful and told me my ORIGINAL sinus infection did not clear after receiving such a weak dosage of amoxicillin and prescribed me a stronger dosage of a stronger antibiotic.

Unfortunately, even after taking that medication the damage was done after having this illness for so long. It has now turned into bronchitis for which I am now taking a DIFFERENT medication. According to the doctor who is now helping me at the different facility this can sometimes happen. Especially when you take such a weak dosage to begin with (or get ignored or written off by a doctor who laughs at you and says you have "rainitis.") I will NEVER go back to DOCCS and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE ever go there. I have now been sick for TWO MONTHS and I whole-heartedly believe that if that doctor had LISTENED to me rather than laugh and me and tell me I have a made-up illness, I wouldn't be sick now.

I went to Doccs for awhile and can honestly say avoid this place like the plague. I was treated by Sangita Sahay, M.D. a horrible lady who suggested I see another practitioner because my diabetes and her inability to help me was making her look bad as a doctor. Sahay is a is a mean spirited lady and got angry when I told her that due to finances I could not go to every scheduled appointment, she referred me to one of her Indian cronies that almost blinded me with lasik surgery. My wife recently went there out of necessary for a Bacterial infection in her mouth and was prescribed medicine that had been discontinued in 2004.

My wife needed to be seen right away. We did not have to wait! We were seen within minutes. The Doctors there cared about us and the staff spent the time needed to get her well again. They made two follow up visits and at little cost! I would take my family there again anytime, because I know that those that work there care about their patients! We were also amazed that they took the time to answer all questions and concerns! Better than any ER we have been to with no wait... Amazing!

Thanks DOC'S!

dont waste your time

Incompetent staff. Front office staff was unprofessional. Didn't know what they were doing, seemed new to the field of medicine. Excessive wait time. Took 2 people that walked in after me before me, and no, they did not have appt. They we're both needing urgent care services like me. There was one woman, possibly a doctor, who was running around yelling out loud, very unprofessional. Take my advice, save your time and money, go elsewhere.
