David's Bridal

I was so excited when I realized there was a David's Bridal closer to me than Orlando. So I made an appointment here to get my wedding dress. I am finally getting married to my fiancé' after being together for 15yrs. Our 11 yr old daughter, and family came with me. Unfortunately they made me have the worst first experience I could have ever had and made me feel ignored, while other brides were having the full experience. The girl helping me was obviously inexperienced, and continued bringing me dresses with lace after 3 times of telling her I didn't want lace. Other brides had them helping her with the dress and using clips to adjust it better. Not only did she make me figure it out on my own, she didn't give us clips or anything to help. My friend had to hold some of the dresses together and walk behind me. I found a dress not to far away from here in less than 30 mins after I left David's Bridal. They turned my experience around. They need to hire experienced people or train them to do more than just hang some dresses on a rack outside of the dressing room! Good luck brides to be.
