Subway

I can not even rate this store because they do not have a negative star to rate. Everytime I go into the store they are always out of stuff and if you complain to the manager she will tell you she can't afford to keep stock in the location and if you don't believe her she will offer to show you her bills. What kind of business do you run that you can't keep items stocked. If it only happened once in a blue moon I could understand that but this is almost constant with this location. And heaven forbide you ask for something extra on the sandwich because they will charge you arm and leg for extra peppers or anything. This is the only subway within 15 mins of us and we will be driving to Batesville from now on to get our subs even though its about a 40 min drive.

I didn't know that you had to request for ranch dressing to be put on a "Chicken-Bacon-Ranch" sandwich. I ordered a 6 inch "Chicken-Bacon-Ranch" toasted on white bread with black pepper. When the sandwich was delivered to me at work, it contained nothing but bacon & chicken!! Seriously? This is the second time this store has messed up this same sandwich, and I've only ordered from there 3 times total. The last time they forgot to toast it. I'm afraid to even try again because I'm not really sure what the problem is.
