Alan is an excellent inspector and is worth every penny he charges. He gave careful consideration (4+ hours) to every detail of our new construction home. By the end, I learned more than I ever thought I would need to about building codes and the interpretation of those codes. However, thanks to this I was both able to go back to the builders with a specific fix list (and know which were important and which were not) and know that our builder overall did a pretty good job.

Our buyers used this inspector. We were not pleased how he left our home. He damaged and gauged holes in our deck, moved things and did not put them back, messed up our thermostat now it only reads Celsius. Then it took him 7 days to produce the report. Would not recommend.

This company was awesome! The home inspection was arranged within a few days, the inspector was timely, incredibly knowledgeable, and spent 3 hours reviewing the property with me and concerns he had. He also gave me a very helpful binder regarding home maintenance and planning for repairs/equipment lifespans. Not only was he thorough - I was sent the report the NEXT DAY! I'd recommend to anyone.
