Methinks not is an understatment. GREED comes to mind. The owner (so he stated) tried to charge me $26 to mail a box to a local address. I had previously paid $17 at the same location to mail the same box with the same weight and same contents. I explained to him that it qualified for media mail and he told me that it did not and he would not mail it media mail because the post office would open it. I took this same box to the post office directly and they charged me $15 and told me that yes, it does qualify for media mail. I called the UPS store to let them know what I had discovered and talked to this young man who claimed he was the owner and remembered me. He told me that it was a matter of opinion on if it could be mailed media and that they had a sur-charge to send it to the post office. I asked him if it was a $10 surcharge and he said "you are being very ignorant". He hung up on me. Here's the reality...this is a box that I mail 52 weeks out of the year. Even if there was a $10 surcharge on this box, that's $520 that he cheated this business out of by calling me ignorant and hanging up on me. He was trying to collect $10 extra due to his GREED and lost a 52 week a year customer. In this economy, I'm shocked that there are still business owners out there like this and that they are not out of business. I'm shocked that people support this business. I will not be one of them. It is ignorance for a small business owner to treat customers the way he treated me for the momentary satisfaction he got out of calling me names and hanging up on me.

shipping from this store means that your package may never get to it's destination and if that's not good enough, after telling the owner my package never arrived and I asked what he could do,he said nothing and I don't need you as a customer.I strongly recommend not giving this company any business!
