Ten Perfect Nails

I have had my nails done here for over a year with only a few disappointments. I often get compliments on my nails and they are real, not acrylic. My few disappointments were with technicians who were new. I never saw them again so maybe they were fired.

I wish I could give them a "0". Worst experience with a Nail place EVER! The lady got purple nail polish on one of my favorite white sweaters. On top of that my nails looked like crap. There was paint all over my cuticles and I had to ask the lady to stop because she started using an acrylic drill to file my natural nails (obviously in a hurry). Now my nails on 1 hand are extremely thin. When I brought it up to the Owner and his wife he attempted to get the polish out by using a nail file but instead put a hole in it and made it even worse. When I asked for our money back he refused!!! He told me that he would give me $10 for my sweater but I needed to take it off and give it to him. What am I going to do? ... Walk out in public in my bra. DO NOT go to this business. The place is dirty, grimy, and cheap ... just like the owners. I will never go back.

The male owner is good but he is very temperamental & if u ask him a question he doesn't like or if u explain what u want he gets offended but he hides it except he retaliates on your nails. When u get home u see his wrath on your nails & u need to refile them & remove the gel top coat he made a mess with. It happened more than once with me because he asked me what I wanted which I understand he can't remember every single thing but when I explained more than he needed he retaliated AGAIN. His wife tries to keep him in line but it's impossible. The guy is WEIRD!!! But paying for a set & having to refile got old. I went elsewhere.

I got my done at this place they look so beautiful and natural. They last so long. The atmosphere around this shop is so relaxing. The pedicure are amazing too.
