Our experience was not great. The gal that "helped" us didn't seem to want to get out of her chair to help us. Her standard response to questions was, "I don't know. I usually sell to plumbers." She got my normally very polite husband worked up and then her snarky parting shot to me was, "Have fun!" as if we were going to have to deal with some hot head all day. If this company doesn't want to do business with folks other than contractors they should post that on the door.
