Accent Spas

This experience has been a nightmare. After we placed our order the tub came from the factory with none of the specs that we ordered . We had to point out the errors and every time they showed up later than we were told. When we finally got to use the tub, I woke up the next day with symptoms of toxic exposure - headaches, liver pain etc., and my husband discovered plastic like fibers floating in the water! Their tech guy took a sample and promised to test it - he also told us he had heard rumors that the factory had an issue with disgruntled workers sabotaging tubs and that he thought it looked like plastic shavings from when it was bored out at factory was placed into the water tubes. Yuck.. Now we have a new 6,000 dollar tub that we don`t feel safe using, and no resolution with the manager of Accent spas or the manufacturer. Beware!

I went to Accent Spas to try to figure out whether buying a used spa or a new one would be the best fit for my health needs. After several times talking to the Men there and trying out A new & used spa there in the show room. I decided to buy a new spa cause of the warranty's and energy savings. I had ZERO pressure to buy they answered every question I had. One of the most stress less précises I have ever made. Getting to try out the hot tub made all the difference in the world. My tub was delivered 3 days after bought it.
