        Overall

        Over payment by a mistake. Trying to get money reimbursed
        Graham West does not return calls. Sent him an email on 8/15 that went thru,today it comes back, undeliverable.
        Filed with the BBB
        PS: 2 months after new awnings delivered, got a call to set up delivery on our awnings. Told the person, you have the wrong person! What is happening with this company???
