Beware this contractor, he changes business names when he gets in trouble. He took a $10K deposit from me for insurance work (price dependent on my insurance co approval) and did no work. He would not even give me an estimate. Took the money and ran! After 2 months of begging, I cancelled the contract and he ran in and started the smaller $1800 contract which I had paid in full, and did a horrible job which did not pass inspection. He forged my contract later and lied about it in court. I filed a complaint. This man is as crooked as them come. Do your homework. Check out the Superior Court of Ocean and Burlington County and see all the judgments he has against him, one is by Universal Supply he did not pay his roofing supplier and he now owes 141K judgment, but he is changing his business name to hide his name and assets but beware the man - Massimo Procaccini - very dishonest. Don't take my word for it - check out the Superior Court and you will get your eyes opened!
