The seller of a house I bought contracted them to replace all the ductwork because it was badly damaged. They came out and only replaced some of it. I called and complained and they came back and did the rest. After 5 months it is already coming apart. They refuse to do anything about it because the job was for the seller of the house and not for me. "Brent" made absolutely no effort to resolve the situation. He simply passed the buck to bank he contracted with and hung up on me.
