Hutchins BBQ

First time here so I ordered my usual: lean brisket, moist brisket and since everyone was getting them in front of me, the ribs.

Ribs, St. Louis style, were overcooked and kind of boring. But the brisket, oh my: the moist slices melted in my mouth and with great flavor (not overtly smokey, just smokey enough). Lean wasn't too far either, not dry at all.

The broccoli salad was equally amazing.

Iced tea was perfect: I did not know the desserts are free so I indulged. Peach pie was delicious, banana pudding was a little weird for me.

Love this BBQ! Great BBQ with good coupons too. I have eaten there many times and its always good food.

I have been here many times. The Macaroni and Cheese is always barely warm. For the price, I think the turkey sandwiches are skimpy considering you have to trim a lot from them. The cashiers barely speak English. Used to get a sandwich side and a drink for under $7.00. Last time I was there it was almost $9.00 and I was told that special was only for the drive through. I think that is ridiculous.

You have to try the Turkey,moist and tender with great flavor! We live in Ohio but visit McKinney every year,our son turned us on to this place 4yrs ago and it is our favorite.Every thing we have tried here is excellant.Trying to figure out a way to bring it home with us.We also love the decor,it's a really down home Texas place.Ya all come on in your gonna love it too.
