The office staff is great; they are very helpful and understanding. They also assisted greatly with the financial aspect of my care. The dental assistants and hygienist are very patient and empathetic. The dentisit does do good work, but if you are looking for a dentist with a good bedside manner, this is not the place for you. I will admit that I am an anxious patient, but perhaps if he were to explain what he is doing before and during the procedure, I know that at least for me it would reduce my anxiety singificantly. He also exits the room with not one word of salutation. Overall, they are a good group.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. My husband went in with a dull pain. Not once did anyone ask what level of pain he was having, but he was told he need a root canal and therapy that would cost over $4000. He decided to get a second opinion because of the outrageous cost, though he had already paid quite a bit for the therapy (close to 2,000). When we decided to hold off, the attitudes of those working with use change immediately from pleasant to cold. Then, it took a LOT of convincing to get them to send on the x-rays to another dentist (though this is considered a professional thing to do). Good thing we got the second opionion because he did NOT need a root canal. They are in it for $$$$$, not to help.

I used to go to the Plano Dossett Dental, the service was okay, but nothing memorable. Then when I moved to McKinney, I transferred to the McKinney office. This office is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is great and the workmanship is excellent. I will definitely recommend Dossett Dental in McKinney to friends and family. Can't wait to my next visit.

I brought my 8yr old in and he had quite a bit of work done, the office staff and everyone was excellent with him. They did a wonderful job. Keeping him informed and calm. They were great.
