All Service Heating and Air

Josh, I need to you know that my in laws are dissatisfied with the Trane air conditioner that you installed for them. Here are some of the problems that occurred A. Water leaked all over the ceiling and floor, B. the plastic drain line plugged up, C. the cooling gas leaked out two times, D. the gas piping connect to the furnace was leaking {it was a pipe that one of your guys took apart}, E. the conditioner operates all day even with it is only 88 degrees outside, F. the monthly bill use to be about 150 dollars per month with the old conditioner and now the bill is about 324 dollars per month, G. the furnace vent for the exhaust was not correctly put together {I found this out after I read all of the books that were to have come with the new conditioner and furnace} (Oh ya, you never left those books with my parents) [I had to call Trane for copies} and the problems are still going on and on etc., etc., and so on for ever. My personal advise to customers who call this joker. You are just setting your self up for him to play a joke on you. I advise you to call another company and know who you hire especially for your in laws or personal parents. John Rasmoson
