Advantage Storage developed their first facility in Sherman, Texas in 1996, and over the past 16 years has developed, acquired, managed and sold more than 30 self-storage facilities comprising more than 15,000 storage units and 2,000,000 square feet of rentable space, and we're still going strong. We focus primarily in the Dallas / Fort Worth market and currently operate 33 facilities serving more than 10,000 customers annually.
