I was searching for a clean truck for a couple of months and I found a number of good looking trucks on this lot, I went to there dealership and was immedietly greated by Lee and I found the perfect truck for me, it was extremely clean and was exactly what I was looking for. I was fortunate to meet all 3 owners and they are all very up front honest men, this is a great dealership to do business with and I will be referring everyone I know to them.

I was having trouble finding the right Acura MDX for my daughter, then I stumbled along McHenry Auto Exchange while looking for a different dealership, I was immediately greeted and treated very well, I did purchase a Acura MDX from them and would highly recommend them to anyone, I love my vehicle, Thanks McHenry Auto Exchange!!!

This is a family owned dealership, they are honest, straight forward, professional and respectful. They have shown to be able to get just about anybody financed thru a reputable finance company, not buy here pay here. One this is for sure, you will not regret doing business with this dealership.

I would also give this dealership less than 1 star if I could. I drove today 2 hours to look at an 05 Nissan Altima that was in "excellent condition," "runs and drives perfect," and had no "check engine lights on." When I called and asked for further details on the car before driving down to look at it, the son of the owner (Kevin) told me everything was great with it and no issues at all with the bodywork, interior, or anything - they even had their own mechanic check it out. So, this would be an amazing car to buy right?



We went to look at it and took it to a different mechanic and they told us straight up "don't buy this car! Butch and Hack have been working on this car." There was issues with it everywhere, cracked front bumber, bubbled paint on the rear truck lid, a replaced truck lid (that was evident from the inside), cracked taillight, a large chip in the windshield, loose/hanging side mirror, a decent scratch in the driver's door, check engine light was on (an issue with the catalytic convertor), a replaced catalytic convertor that was poorly installed and didn't fit well, a missing interior door handle panel, rusted out floor panels on both the drivers and passenger side that had been badly patched with scrap metal under the carpet, and a driver's door seal that had been pried away multiple times for a hanger to unlock the door (the hanger was even still custom bent and in the trunk).



When I expressed frustration with the owner about testing out a lemon, he blew it off as "well, it's a used car." My extreme discontent is with the fact that I was intentionally mislead and lied to regarding the condition of this car. They clearly blew off my concerns with the vehicle and pretended that it did not have issues. This is a dishonest business and I would recommend them to no own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will offer you great prices to make a sale, but are NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

wouldn't even want to give this dealership 1 star. i bought a van from bob i told him with the new years eve someone ran a cab off the road and i need to replace it asap. i paid him cash on the spot for it told him the proper procedure i give you all money for car you give me proper paperwork with a check made out to the sec. of state for the taxes i paid to you and copy or the title so i can run down there to get taxi plates on the spot. ive called numerous times asking for him to please i need you to do the proper paperwork and give me title and just get told i am doing it the way i only know how. i have asked him please can i have another dealership call you to walk you threw it and he says i wont let anyone tell me how to run my business.... so now i have a van no plates no title just sitting because he cant figure anything out on his own
