        Absolutely horrible customer service! Don't go with them! They make appointments and never show up. Never call back. And are highly over priced! It was a horrible experience! They said they would be at our house between 8:30-10:30 am....never showed up. When we called, they said they would get ahold of the technician and NEVER called back. As customers it shouldn't be our job to follow up after spending thousands of dollars at that "store" for them not to show up. Highly questionable.
