Air 1 Mechanical, Heating & Air Conditioning

Unfortunately, they failed to arrive on time for the initial consultation / estimate appointment, and demonstrated a lack of dependability that isn't acceptable for my plumbing job needs. Customer service (and just basic courtesy) dictates that customers should receive a telephone call if the service provider is going to be late or miss an appointment. I called when no one had yet to arrive 15 minutes after the appointment time. I was notified that they hadn't left their previous job yet, and that it would be at least another 30 minutes until they got to my home. I too however have a job that I was taking time away from to make this appointment, and I couldn't double my time away just because Air 1 couldn't arrive on time.



All Air 1 had to do to keep my business was call me when they figured out they couldn't keep my appointment. I understand that delays happen, but have the courtesy to let the customer know.
