Charlotte Academy of Music

My 9 year old son started taking group piano lessons with Regina Ziliani of the Charlotte Academy of Music a year and a half ago. We are amazed at how much he has learned and how much he looks forward to his lesson each week. He has participated in judged events and has gone into each with an astounding sense of confidence. Even after his weekly practice time, my son sits at the piano and makes up his own songs - which he remembers and plays over and over - adding to each piece as he goes. We are grateful for the way his piano lessons have added to his love of music and are confident that with Mrs. Ziliani's continued teaching his interest in music and his playing ability will only progress.

Charlotte Academy of Music is a wonderful place for children and adults to take music lessons. My daughter has studied with academy director, Regina Ziliani, for the past 4 years in her home studio. Now Regina is opening Charlotte Academy of Music and I know, based on my experience with Regina, it will be a top-notch facility. She has already hired an experienced staff of teachers, and parents will appreciate the opportunity to only go to one location for all of their children's music lessons.

Regina uses wonderful curriculum, a motivational incentive program and computer-based music theory software to keep students excited about studying music.
