I have a Premium Protection Plan on several appliances through hhgregg. I was scheduled an appointment with one company who never showed, and another that wanted me to wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment. The service technician from Carolina Appliance came the same day I called and diagnosed the problem within 2-3 min. He was back at 7:30 AM the next morning with the part and repaired a switch within 10 minutes. Polite, trustworthy, professional. and knowledgeable and most of all he showed up earlier than expected and on time the following day. What a breath of fresh air to have a company do what they say they will do! Will use them without exception from now on!!!

Horrible

I would never trust this company. They did respond quickly and come out to diagnose my washer I will give them that. However I was quoted a different diagnostic price over the phone and when the showed up it was 20 more and they blamed LOWES for that. Then they told me what was wrong with my washer.. ends up that they completely were wrong about what the problem was...I ended up ordering a new motor which cost nearly 250.00 and it wasn't the problem in the first place. Luckily GE knows what they are doing and sent the part back for me and diagnosed it correctly.

If I would have had them "fix" my washing machine they would have installed a brand-new motor for no reason at all and I still would of had a broken machine.

Also I called them several times later in the day to ask a few follow-up questions trying to determine if I would use them for fixing my machine.. I kid you not I left 2 messages and spoke to a "manager" and no one ever called me back...that is when I decided not to use their services..and it turns out I am very glad I didn't.

My side by side fridge broke while we were on vacation over Christmas, 8 days in total. I called the number found on the website and spoke with a very nice and knowledgable tech. Just like the website said...they will try and determine the problem over the phone, which he did. We scheduled an appointment for Jan 2 at 8 am...he was at my door at 8 am...needless to say, I was very pleased (I thought he would have been like all the other contractors I've delt with, say one thing and do another)...anyway, the problem he thought it was over the phone was truely the problem. One thing that impressed me was the fact that his truck was labeled with the company name, he wore a clean uniform...very professional in both his appearence and attitude. He had the part on his truck and fixed it in 20 minutes...amazing!! The bill was exactly what his quote was with no surprises. I will do business with this company again, should the need arise.
