Very disappointed in the quality of food and the prices have gotten so high that I cannot justify eating here.

horrible customer service!!! we've been going there for years bc the food really is great. I've always ordered the same thing so I know what it looks, smells and tastes like. We got take out one night and they used pork instead of chicken. I called up there and they told me I was lying and in order to get my money back I had to bring the food back up there. Well they were about to close and I live 20 mins away so I tried to bring it back the next day and they refused to give me a new plate or my money bc the manager that I'd talked to the night before wasn't there. When I called later that day to speak with the manager, someone hung up on me bc I wanted the managers superiors name and the guy I was talking to refused me his name as well. Totally unacceptable in my opinion. When you take something back to walgreens, does it matter what manager was on duty when you bought the item? Absolutely not as long as you have the receipt, which I did plus the freakin plate of food. I couldn't believe they treated such a loyal customer that way. We ate there almost once a week for about five years. We used to recommend this place to everyone but no more. They don't deserve ours, friends, family's, or your business. It's good food but unless you don't mind whether or not they treat you like a human being when they screw up, don't waste your time or money with them.

This places doesnt even deserve one stare, YP makes you give at least one to post. BAAAAAAD customer service. The server told us margaritas were half off, when the check came the drinks were full price, the server seemed to have retracted her statement and said she never told us they were half off. The manager was no help, he took the side of the server, in turn making us look to be liars. Its pretty bad when a business that is dependent on there customers doesn't take care of them. Never will visit any of the locations again.
