My 75 year old mother hired Steve to do a small list of things, the only important one being replacing the flapper in her toilet tank. Steve went to Home Depot and FORGOT the flapper, so when he wrote up her invoice, he wrote needs a plumber. I guess he also forgot the had already admitted he forgot to buy the flapper. He said he could fix it without a new one. My mom went to check the toilet after he said it was fixed, and he literally RAN OUT OF HER HOUSE!!!! My mom called the company and said please send him back he did not fix my toilet and they told her that to send him back or someone else they were going to charge her $69!!!!! This company is a scam and I am going to report them for elder abuse.

I agree with the incompetence statement. This business is horrible. I would suggest noone use this company. The Owner lacks ethics to say the least. The work they do is poor, for lack of a better word. I would suggest you do a lot of research on this company and you will see how many complaints this business has. The word has been spread, and for those looking SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Please choose another company before you consider this one. We had the worst experience and hope noone else has to go through this. The work is promised at one price, but then ends up costing more because the company under-quoted their estimate. The company also told us that they'll finish the job in a week and the job ended up taking a month. To add insult to injury, when we asked that the job be completed timely and as expected they came out and finished with poor quality and craftmanship. The company does not honor their warranty and they lack professionalism. If you want to waste your money and time, then use this company. The job was done so poorly and they still dont want to correct the problem and warranty their work. The quality of the work we have is so bad that we will have to get the job done all over again and spend double the money to get it corrected. I have told neighbors, friends and family regarding this business and hope noone uses this company. It's bad business and inferior work.

I'm not going to go into detail about this company and the owner but you should pay close attention. DO NOT give this man or his thieving contractors any money, they are crooks pretending to be contractors
