        I used Carpentry and Maintenance to put new wood floor, molding and painting. Work was completed timely and professionally. Importantly, crew kept work area clean and clear. They called me a week after the job was completed to ensure i am still satisifed with service. I would recmonned Carpentry and Mainttenance to anyone that has any remodeling big or small. Pricing was very reasonable and within my budget. I had called many other contractors for an estiamte and Carpentry and Maintenance was the only company that fit my price range. My house looks like its a new house not the same when I first bought it.
