Progressive Mahindra

The sales staff was nice and fair but the service department is the worst I have ever experienced.I took the car in very soon after I got it to tell them something was wrong with the oil in the car. They acted like i was just a girl who had no idea what i was talking about and proceeded to fix something that had nothing to do with what I took it in for. I took it home with assurances everything was great. The next day I took the car to Cleveland and ended up on the side of the road with an overheated engine with ZERO OIL IN IT! I managed to keep filling it enough to get it home to a local garage where they informed me that whomever had worked on my car didnt put the plug back on the oil pan tightly and I had been leaking oil everywhere. The car has never run right since, I have had nothing but problems with it and I finally saved enough money to take it in to assess the damage and they informed me I need a whole new engine due to all the damage the overheating caused. Considered more than once suing their butts off. I would never NEVER go there for service!.
