        Overall

        They delivered oil to my house for 18 years. Then I ran out two years ago and they said they would not deliver to my house because they damaged a truck so bad the last time that it had to be towed. That's fine, but, no one told me this till I was OUT of OIL, and it was the middle of FEB, and 15 below zero. Apparently they don't care about the little guy. Terrible dispatch service, I was supposed to be on 'automatic refill', and ran out several times. I'd call and they would say Oh yes your card JUST came up for delivery. Poorly run operation. Stay away from them.
