This is a wholesale company not for retail customers. Warranty issues are best dealt through the retail store where a product was originally purchased.

Worst Company I've ever dealt with. Bought the Soho outdoor couch and one of the pieces was wrong. I've been waiting 5 months for a replacement part that they keep telling is coming but always ends up not coming. When I call they say they will call back and never do. Awful. Terrible. Do not buy anything from them ever.

I think its safe to say that the only person giving them a positive review was paid to do so. Anyhow, i agree with all the other reviewers. terrible customer service. Bought a dining set of their a few years ago and the zippers all broke of the cushions right away. Called for replacements and they charged me $75 for new covers and it took months. The cushions fell apart months later and I had to go through the same process again. The workmanship is terrible and the customer service is even worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK.

I will never purchase from this company again. We ordered a set of their patio furniture and needed a replacement part as the one in the box was defective. Papers with the furniture indicated 2 weeks to get the replacement; at 3 weeks I called them again and they said they were "waiting on the warehouse" to find the part. We finally got the package about 5 weeks after my initial call, and when I opened it, they had sent the wrong piece. We're sending the whole set back to the store. It is a shame, as it is nice furniture, but the lack of customer service makes it not worth the trouble.

Regarding customer service, these people are terrible. We called two weeks ago asking for a replacement part that couldn't cost more than 25 cents. It was a bolt for a hanging basket chair and the bolt was missing from the original packaging. They said it would go out pronto. Never happened. We called a week later and they said it would go out 2nd day air. Never happened. We are still working on this problem but probably, we'll have to send the chair back simply bec these people can not ship a missing part. Incredible in this day and age.How do they stay in business?

6-23-13- no communication from them, BUT my replacement part arrived last Friday!! I am amazed - never thought I would ever receive anything from them. Why couldn't they just send email saying "part" was on its way???

Bad communication

Have tried to contact company three times about a broken love seat purchased from Sears. I have been given two different emails addresses from them. Neither have worked. My next step is retuning to sears with broken funiture and getting a refund. This company seems to lack customer respect or satisfaction for warrantee products they produce. At least with me anyways. Don't recommend
