        Great customer service, low prices, and knowledgeable staff.



        I bought my last 2 computers from Device Detective, they have refurbished laptops at nearly half price from laptops you would buy in stores.

        This is my fourth time using Device Detective and I must say the customer service and pricing is 2nd to none! for just $30 an Agent came to my house within 30 minutes of me calling each time!



        First time I had a virus on my computer and was quoted $160 from staples and two other local computer stores. I called the Device Detective who came to my house in 30 minutes and erased the virus from my computer in under 25 minutes. Charged me just $30.00.



        The Second time I had purchased a dell laptop to use for school, I needed Microsoft Office and an Antivirus program. I wasn't sure what the best program for antivirus was so I called Device Detective who suggested a great program and gave me a low cost quote on the phone. They sent an agent to my home and set up both programs for me for next to nothing.



        The third time they set up a wireless router for my home internet, They set up and tested the range of the router throughout my home to make sure it reached every where. They showed me the results of their test and gave me a week to test out the connection. I called them back in a few days and told them that my phone wasn't picking up the internet from my garage. They came back out for free and fixed the connection for me!



        The fourth time I had them build a custom gaming PC for me, it took them 7 days to piece together the parts for my computer and they brought the machine out to my home and set it up for me!



        I could not be more satisfied with Device Detective! I highly recommend them to anyone who lives in or around the Blount County area!!!!!
