        RAINCITYLLC recently cleaned the roof and gutters, and provided moss treatment on 59 units that I manage. Not only were they less expensive than last year's contractor, they also provided superior service leaving the grounds cleaner than when they arrived. RAINCITYLLC communicates with residents and management to insure everything runs smooth. They discovered and brought to my attention an issue that could wreak havoc in the future. I plan to hire them to repair that problem as well. It is obvious RAINCITYLLC cares about their customers more than the almighty dollar as they gave me an excellent bid for future repairs.
