Had them put a new tire on my front rim. When I got home and put the tire back on the bike I discovered they had put it on backwards!! That took 2 1/2 hours. Brought it back to them and asked them to just turn the tire around. Ok? No they made me put a label on the left side???? Long story short 5 hours of my time and 2 trips lets hope they get it right!!!!!

I drive a Honda Goldwing,i got an air valve stem... they have every thing there..cool... I will be going there for my tune up's...

Don't go there, the staff treat you like an idiot and the prices are terrible. I will never go there again.

Replaced both of my tires in 1993 CBR1000F and did not replace the valve stems. Although their contract states to replace "AS REQUIRED"? When required is too late! Replace every time tires are replaced! Part my fault, I should have made sure it was replaced. Recommend to be replaced in EVERY tire replacement. My valve stems leaked both here in Japan. Such an inconvenience... At least ASK the customer, even for extra charge. Repair Order 201001080, Invoice number 522395, date 5/22/2010, amount paid, $458.91, Smokey point.

My bike was in shop after accident job wasn't complete was done haphazardly
Was told by employee when bike wasn't done as told it is what it is couldn't even believe he said this to me. I will not use this company again even in emergency.

Imbeciles!! They wanted to charge me over $100 to take my tires off my BMW, a 5-minute job at home- and then when they put new tires on the wheels, they were somehow "unable to balance my rear tire because they don't have the right equipment." Seriously, WTF? They don't even use a pressure washer to clean bikes here, they use solvents and a garden hose. I talked with one of the salesmen there about a trip I'm taking soon to see Canada for the first time in my life, and he recommended that I seek out a Chik-Fil-A, of all things. Nothing else, no parks or beautiful natural features, or anything, no. Chik-Fil-A. Go figure. Come here if you don't like your money and want to give more of it to someone for no reason.
