I had horrible service from this shop. I went in and asked if they could look at my computer and let me know what was wrong with it. It had been having issues and I'm not quite computer savvy. I was told it was $35 for them to examine it and that was fine. I get a call to go pick up my computer and suddenly my bill is over $100. They had gone ahead and done work on it WITHOUT asking for my approval. I did not request them to do ANY work on it. I just wanted to know what was wrong with it. That was strike one. Strike two was having someone speak to me as though my opinion doesn't matter and no matter what I am wrong. One employee in particular, Joel i believe his name was, stood there and kept telling me I was wrong and I'm doing things wrong. I don't mind someone letting me know I've been taking the wrong approach to things, and calmly telling me a better way to go about things, but when I go to a business I don't appreciate an employee repeatedly telling me I'm wrong. That was strike two. Strike three was that same employee constantly preaching about religion and God. I am not religious but I do not have an issue accepting other people's views. I just don't care to have them pushing their views on me. Especially when I am there in their business as a customer. I wanted to find out what was wrong with my computer, not have him preach to me about God and his religious views. Again, I have nothing against religions, it is just not part of my upbringing. That's strike three. They're out.
