Star Windows

I wish I could rate a negative star for promptness. Well it’s coming on 5 years since our house was complete and we have yet to have out sliding glass door that was installed incorrectly. Contacted builder, contacted Star Window on and off for 5 years to replace the door and someone always says they will call me back.... the last message I left over a year ago stated that I was willing to pay for a replacement door at cost(that was the option they first gave me) and somehow it was a lie and they were never actually going to do that. So I’ve decided to write this review in hopes that I will get my multiple phone calls returned. The seal has been missing since day one, they came out and put a new seal that lasted oh maybe never it fell off the day the guy came. Then they offered to sell me a new door at cost, just call and schedule and I did that and I’m still waiting to do that.
