Green Envy Lawn Care

We have been customers for many years and have used their landscaping program for about 2-3 years. I cancelled the landscaping only in late May, it was getting too expensive. Less than 4 weeks later I get an "estimate" that said everything was basically infested with pests and needed to "call today to prevent further damage." My husband called to ask why, so soon after our last treatment, everything was infested. Lindsey was very nice; she understood his concern and would have someone follow up. A week later, no one called so he called back and got a different lady who was patronizing, rude, and said "he was blowing everything out of proportion." She kept referencing that we had cancelled the service, even though he kept asking her why things were so bad after less than 4 weeks. She then admitted that the "estimate" was advertising and blown out of proportion, that maybe he saw ONE Japanese Beetle as opposed to "JB's present!! Needs immediate attention!!" THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING.

I have been using Green Envy for several years and my lawn has never looked better! It was struggling with lots of bare spots, weeds etc and is now green and lush!

This is the best lawn care company that I have ever had take care of my lawn in the past 30 years of being a homeowner.

The sales reps and girls in the office are very polite and efficient. They do a great job on the lawn and make sure to leave notes behind to help me help them make my lawn as beautiful as it can be. Thanks guys!

They told me this is normal and insisted on arguing with me when I went to cancel. It's not that I don't know how to take care of a lawn it's that I thought I'd save myself some time this summer. We haven't even had a drought. So there is no excuse for this. The first lush green grass picture was taken when my pool was still covered. So before memorial day. The second after memorial day. The dead grass was taken at the beginning of this month.
I was told that the "weeds" were what died and that weed seeds lay dormant 30 years. Well, if you're knowing going to kill part of a lawn, weed or not, you should always place down a preventer. Plain and simple. Horrible.

Their sales reps disrespected the no trespassing/ no soliciting signs posted at our subdivision entrance. The sales reps were alerted by a number of residents but disregarded their warnings and continued soliciting anyway. I will never do business with a company who disrespects a community.

Shoty work owners not polite sales reps are pushy won't use them again
