Kang's TV & VCR Repair Service

Don't take your TV over there. This is the worst TV Repair Shop. Mediocre service at best, high prices. Took my TV and charged me close to 80 dollars for diagnostic and another 200 for parts! The guy always tells me " I will call you" and he never does! Never returned my TV back..

He's totally ripping people off,

went in to buy a CAPACTOR , online 87 cent . He wanted $15.00 each. Every RUDE and every unprofussionsl . Im sure he must over charge every customer he has. He doesn't know the frist thing about costomer service . I have a samsung Tv that is having trouble truning on. If you are having this problem , It is the capactor in your tv. I check online about it. online it will tell you how to fix it and it well only cost you about $5.00 to fix it. Like I said , Kang wanted to charge me $15.00 each for my CAPACTORS. i ordered my capactors from amazon for 87cent each.

Went in to purchase a new lamp for my television. Being the bulb was so expensive i was going to pay with my credit card since I saw this establishment did accept them. However the housing was not the same so the owner offered to change out the housing but I was NOT able to pay with a credit card and it was not an issue only 3 minutes prior. Point is this guy has no customer service skills and just plain out rude!!! I will never send any business his way.

Dropped off before Christmas for an estimate, was charged $45 of which $20 is credited towards repair. Never got a call back in over two weeks. Called 2 times and spoke to someone and asked to get a call back, but nothing.
