I have been taking my dog for more than a year, I have left a lot of money there in attention to my pet because since we bought she had been sick, now it was the vaccine for rabies, and I was not attended by the doctor I had always seen my puppy They gave me a medicine that when I got home, my husband says that it can not be given to my dog, it was not the medicine that was required because my dog had already had a very different medicine with Dr.James. I went back to the vet and the two ladies who attend the counter say they can not receive medicine that has left the place, I tell them I did not open the envelope and that I wanted them to change the medicine because it is not the same formula, I I took the previous mecidin, but they kept insisting that there would be no money back to receive the medicine that had been badly prescribed. Finally, I'm thinking of going with another veteria

They were the greatest! I will never take my best friend to anywhere else. Alex was so friendly and took really good care of my dog. Only did what was necassary . They took care of him in a very short amount of time and didnt charge me a fortune! Alex is the best! Thank you for all your help! They took the best care for my dog and he is 15 years old!

The staff is just incredible. Because I am disabled and couldn't lift my 80 retriever mix, who suddenly could not walk and was in severe pain, they sent two very nice men to my house and lifted her for me and then followed me and carefully carried her into the hospital. Unfortunately my Oreo coudn't be saved, but their kindness made her passing so much easier. I highly recommend this vet to anyone. They care about animals and their owners.

This Vet clinic is fantastic! While traveling with our labradors, we took them to a park where they could swim in the bay. The exuberant 11 year old cut her paw pad badly. We found this vet from the local visitors center, and just drove over, with no appointment. The folks at Emerald Animal Hospital couldn't have been nicer! We were worried about infection, and they took her in immediately.The vet even offered to remove a large skin tag on the same leg since she was using a local anesthetic, and we gratefully accepted. Dr Tovrea had her stitched up and ready to go in just over an hour. After hearing we were traveling in rainy weather, they even created a boot for her from a saline solution bag, so we could keep her foot dry. We gave her the prescribed antibiotics, and she healed up quickly and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip! Everyone at this clinic was wonderful, and I'd recommend it to anyone! Truly good Samaritans for travelers in need! Thank you for taking care of our furry four-legged kid!

Will NOT be back. Took my dog in for a simple urinary tract infection and was charged over $300 for "required" x-Ray, (which i requested them NOT to do until AFTER the urinalysis), the urinalysis, exam fee, medication, and "free" follow up after 7 days (which actually cost me ANOTHER $50). I called another vet and described his symptoms, and was told the SAME prognosis and treatment at a cost of $80!!! This place is a RIPOFF

The staff at Emerald Coast Animal Hospital is by far the best in the area. I have had dogs all of my adult life and visited many clinics. The clinic itself is clean and modern. The vets at this clinic are professional, compassionate and truly love what they do. The technicians are knowledgeable and professional.



I recently had to say goodbye to my beloved Molly. The compassion shown by Dr. Jim Culotta and his staff has earned everyone at the clinic a special place in my heart.
