Renaissance Tile

Charlie, at Renaissance Tile, was extremebly helpful picking out tiles, letting me take many tile boards home, laying out the design and calculating the quantity of tile needed. I requested a sample of the mosaic from the current lot and he had it the next day. When the pencil molding was slightly different, he asked the sales rep from the company to personally choose some pieces at the warehouse and she did. I'm very pleased with the tile I chose and with Renaissance Tile. I would defintley shop there again and recommend to friends..

I spent hours selecting backsplash & floor kitchen tile. Once selected I was told it was popular and easy getting it. The tiles that came in looked NOTHING like what the merchant had originally presented to my husband and I on each visit. Now we were told that it was hard to find these tiles that originally were "easy and popular" We refused them. It took a month for him to locate something like the tiles we had first ordered. In addition the floor tiles that came in were 100 % different from the floor tiles we ordered. The merchant said there are Variations which we understood.BUT these were 100 % different. I asked the merchant didn't he check the tiles that came in to see if they matched the samples..he said he had no time for that, he can't check each customers tile. He refused to call the manufacturer, never returned calls, never put himself out. It was like going for a Ford and receiving a Chevy. HisI samples are usless, buyer beware here !
