        I usually don't have a "bad" experience here. However, over the years, the quality of the chicken has gone down incredibly at all chains. I understand that the KFC is trying to cut costs and maximize profit, but please understand this encourages me to take my business elsewhere. My complaint pertains to the date of 3/29/12. My wife was picking up dinner for the family this evening, when what appeared to be the worst fast food experience in my life happened. My wife pulled up to the speaker to order, and waited 5 minutes just to order. After she had ordered, she then waited another 20 minutes JUST to get her food. There was only 1 car in front of her during this process, and roughly two guests in line inside. Maybe it's just me, but 20 minutes is a bit excessive to wait for food. Also, they did not have what I wanted, so my wife ordered two snackers in place for me, which I am usually a fan of. However, upon receiving the food at home, I discoverd only 1 snacker, and it was the wrong kind. It was bbq flavored, and tasted terrible. In all honesty, I literally have never experienced anything like this from a fast food establishment. I ended up just ordering wings from Pizza Hut, which were really good, and not too bad in price. I'm not saying I'm giving up KFC completely, but I certainly have no plans of returning anytime soon, especially this one.
