A few years ago, we purchased a home that had been partially flipped. Over the first several months that we lived in the home, we found that the previous owners had intentionally attempted to cover up many water issues in the basement and crawlspace. Over a three year period, we continued to find and uncover the many issues that the "flippers" attempted to hide. We initially reached out to Indiana Crawlspace Repair based on their Google reviews.

Over the three year period, Larry, the owner came to our house a number of occasions to look at the issues as we found them. Larry was fantastic to work with. He's very down to earth and we never got the feeling that he was trying to just sell his services to us. He was sympathetic to the situation we were in and provided us help that was far beyond what we could have asked for. I don't imagine that there are many people/companies out there that would help us the way Larry did.

Finally, after three years we decided to have our basement and crawlspace repaired once and for all. Larry's crew did a fantastic job on both parts. His guys were great to work with. They were hard-working, courteous and trustworthy. They were especially kind to one of our sons (10 yrs. old) because he loves all things construction and wanted to observe the work while it was in progress. For the first time since purchasing our home, we have a dry basement & crawlspace. We've never been able to utilize these areas like we had intended due to the constant water issue.

Due to excess moisture over the years, our crawlspace needed a lot; drainage, mold remediation, dehumidifier, sill plate replacement, joist repair and encapsulation. Cristian and his crew were phenomenal. Their work ethic, ability and customer service were off the chart. They worked extremely hard every day in the heat. I can't remember when I have been so impressed with any service/company. They definately transformed a bad situation into a good experience. Erika was also very friendly and helpful any time I needed something.


It's hard to spend so much money on something so easily overlooked. Especially when you don't notice it daily. But the company, Cristian and the guys did such a great job we are excited about the finished product. My husband and I are so proud of our new crawlspace we are showing it off to anyone we can. Indiana Crawl Space Repair were great! They installed a new sump pump and drainage. They put down new vapor barriers. Also buried the downspouts.

The guys were professional. They did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Happy with the work. We got other quotes and they had the best rate but they did quality work. We even had a couple of heating ducts that had come loose in the crawl space that were lying on the ground. They attached them up for us at no extra charge! We asked other crawl space companies about that and they said they couldn't do it. Indiana Crawl Space Repair exceeded my expectations. Would hire them again. Would recommend them to friends and family.

Although we had 5 estimates and Indiana Crawl Space was not the cheapest we chose them because of their quality of work of jobs they had done that I checked out, their professionalism and ease to do business with. Larry the owner came and inspected our crawl space and told me several options that we could go with. We discussed it and came to a conclusion of what to do with not only fixed our problem but was well within a reasonable budget. Once the workers began the job they were there for 5 days and everything was done above what we expected. Their warranty is excellent for this industry. I had work done with these guys a while ago. Committments were made during the walk-thru and then later not fulfilled, saying "it was not in the contract". I don't plan to use them again. If you consider them, get EVERYTHING in writing down to the last brick.

I have had problems for years with moisture in my crawl space. I received several quotes and interacted with several suppliers in anticipation of doing this work. It was not until Larry Ralph of Indiana Crawl Space Repair showed up that I became comfortable with the recommendations. He made his presentation in steps that really made sense. When the crew showed up they were very, very professional. The supervisor was very well informed and kept me aware of what they were doing along with periodical progress updates. The work was done very quickly. I am very impressed with the final results and would like to recommend their services to anyone needing this type of expertise. I had 2 appointments with them. The first one they called me the morning of (after I already took day off work) and told me the estimator was sick. Never called to reschedule. Finally 2 weeks later I called back to have them come out again, they said they could the next day so I took off work again. The estimator came out to tell me that he wasn't sure how to estimate it and therefor would have to take pictures and call me back with a price. 2 months later NEVER HEARD from them! Needless to say the job is now DONE and I used Indyacculevel. 2 stars instead of 1 because they were very friendly on phone and in person.... just doesn't know their stuff.

Did good work. Went in crawlspace after he was done and it was spotless. Very happy with my experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.
