I had my tooth pulled here last week and the nurse and Dr. Russell were excellent. They both were pleasant, helpful and very professional. If anyone reading this needs dental care done I highly recommend you coming here.

Had surgery there a couple weeks ago, I have an extreme phobia of needles and was a nervous wreck the day of the surgery. I was very clearly scared, and when it came time to place the IV, I had a full on panic attack sitting in the chair. Gasping for air, crying and shaking all included. Instead of taking their time to help me calm down the surgeon simply said " I'm the doctor, I will place the IV where I want to place it " and proceeded to have a nurse hold my arm in place while she forced it in my wrist. When I woke up, they hurried me out of the office so fast I dont even remember my walk to the car or the ride home. They pulled 11 teeth and I still have broken pieces of bone/tooth in my gums that's causing a slow painful healing process. When I went back for a re-check, I addressed the issue and nothing was done about it. Their customer service and work ethic levels are extremely low. They leave you on hold forever. Definitely not pleased with the care I received, GO ELSEWHERE!

Call to inquire about information for oral surgery. Was put on hold for 15 minutes. Not once, but twice. Receptionist was not professional nor was her customer service skills adequate. This is not good customer service.

Geat dentist...whole family likes her.
