The company used poor quality standards to build some homes. The walls are crooked and wavy. When asked to repair during warranty period they refused to claiming the wavy wall is within their "normal tolerance" however if you review their website they claim to build high quality homes. Wavy walls aren't high quality. Under "normal construction practice" wavy walls aren't considered high quality it's considered poor.
