Southern Wood Floors

I could not more highly recommend Southern Wood Floors. They are a joy to work with and they completed the job as promised right on schedule. We love our reclaimed heart pine floors in our kitchen. Thanks Greg Hunnicutt for a job well done!!!

Nine years ago Southern Wood Floors installed three rooms of flooring for me. The floors were beautiful and the service I recieved was excellent. Recently, I have needed to replace some of the flooring due to water damage and requested help in matching up new flooring to replace the old. I would need only one or two boxes of flooring. I brought in a sample for matching and was told I would hear from someone in a few days. A week went by without a word, so I gave Southern Wood Floors a call. I was told the same thing-we'll get back with you soon. I have waited another week and no word, so I am giving up and going to a competitor. I have four more rooms and a hallway that I will be having carpets replaced with hardwood in the future. The competitor will get that business, as well.

This place installed hardwood floors for me. The floors creak and in several places there is a gap that needs putty or something done to fill in the cracks. I was told twice that they would be out to see about my problems, but they never have. I'm very disappointed in the way the floors look and I am disappointed at the salesman i dealt with that represents this place.
