Best water company in my opinion. They have few workers and travel all around the contra costa county, always on time, and always great service...pretty impressive! Never disappointed unlike Alhambra water co. Always answers emails, glad to have chose this service

tgis water company for years. The water is fine. It is the customer service that lacks. My daughter canceled her service 2 years ago, and still has the cooler. Same goes for my office. My mom has had 2 coolers leak on her hardwood floors. My cooler stopped cooling, exchanged a hot.cold cooler for a cold/room temp cooler, but never changed the bill. If I were starting a new water service, I would not choose this company
